Qentinel receives funding for utilizing AI to improve DevOps analytics and predictability

Apr 18, 2019 / by Qentinel

Qentinel has received a 420.000 euro grant from Business Finland as part of an larger international ITEA3 consortium, a transnational and industry-driven programme in the domain of software innovation. Goal  is to develop DevOps quality analytics and visualization with help of AI.

The project will improve our understanding on how different visualization technologies can be used to improve the quality of software being developed through a DevOps process. The project has a length of 3 years and will develop tools and techniques to collect data from multiple phases of the DevOps cycle, create new ways to analyze the data and visualize the resulting analytics in a meaningful and actionable way.

The collection of data from multiple phases allows us to build a holistic model of the software development processes and to create expert AI systems to identify problems to support your decision making. Our collaboration with universities in this project will keep us at the cutting edge of research in the field of software quality.

This work supports the overall vision of Qentinel in providing Quality Intelligence based on data gathered during the software development and operations to enable the visibility  and predictability of the quality.
